Trouble?
For troubleshooting, consider the following:
- Please consider that the translation quality depends on the language pair, wording, and content domain.
- Please share with Brian the actual file – not a link (e.g. to sharepoint), Brian has no access to your file system
- The translation works also if you don’t name the source language, but this might have a negative impact on the translation quality
- If you don’t mention the target language, Brian will ask you to specify the target language
- Please attach one document only. If you need multiple translations, send Brian multiple requests
- Files having characters like % \ / : * ? ” < > | # + in their file names are not supported on MS Teams
- Brian translates files up to 50 MB depending on the communication channel
- If your source file was a PDF please mention the target file format (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) you want as result, per default Brian converts to Word
- We reserve the right to restrict access to Brian in case of excessive requests
